Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I purchased the 12V - 48V DC power adapter for Starlink Mini from All Terrain Action. Chris at All Terrain gave me fabulous customer service and explained how All Terrain are constantly trying to improve their products, with feedback from customers. The adapter is AWESOME. Very simple to use, just Anderson plug it to your existing 12V system, and plug the long lead that comes with Starlink into the other end. Power draw is minimal - I have been measuring about 2 amps (24 watts).
We are seriously off grid campers but my partner needs internet to keep working a few hours per day. This is the perfect setup and eliminates the need for an inverter (as was the case with early versions of Starlink). Internet never drops out so the adapter must be delivering the correct 48V at all times. Starlink Mini speeds are consistently 200-250Mb/sec. Very fast. Also, the WiFi range on the Starlink router is impressive- we can sit 50-60m from the mini dish, could probably move further if we needed to.
