Consumer Notice & ABN Disclosure – IMPORTANT BUSINESS NOTICE

Effective 25 September 2025, the All Terrain Action trading name transitioned from a sole trader operation to a proprietary limited company structure.

The business is now operated by All Terrain Arc Pty Ltd ABN 65 680 477 472 the previous sole trader entity operated under the following details Trading Name All Terrain Action under individual Christopher Michio Baker ABN 71 998 546 258. This transition was planned and executed for business continuity, regulatory compliance, taxation and future growth purposes. There has been no change in ownership, management, control or day-to-day operations of the business. 

All warranties, contractual obligations, customer support commitments and liabilities issued under the original All Terrain Action business are fully assumed and honoured by All Terrain Arc Pty Ltd without limitation.

There has been no material change to the nature, design, pricing or delivery of products or services as a result of this transition. Business operations continue without interruption. All existing contact details, including phone numbers and email addresses, remain unchanged. While new banking facilities have been established in the name of All Terrain Arc Pty Ltd, payments to previously issued banking details will continue to be accepted until 30 June 2026.

In short, we are the same team and the same business. Nothing has changed other than our ability to improve how we operate, continue developing high-quality products and install them for you in a significantly larger and better equipped workshop. This transition allows us to scale the business, expand our operations, and move beyond our original home-based startup.
